Seniors
This week the senior's dance has been motivated by the brothers from "In the beginning". Individually they needed to create four shapes based on one of the brothers. Their shapes needed to be angular, curved, stretched and twisted. They then mirrored a partner to learn each other's sequence. The pairs then needed to choose four of their favourite moves and add transitions between each shape. Here are the videos of their sequences.

Juniors
This week the juniors have used a field of poppies as their inspiration for dance. They pretended to be the seed of the poppy blowing somewhere new and then explored different movements of growing into the poppy. They then created their own poppy shapes. The curve of the seeds in the middle of the poppy. The stretched petals. And twisted and angular leaves. Can you see those shapes in their poppies.
