Today Pagan from the Royal New Zealand Ballet came to our Duffy Role Model Assembly. She brought ballet point shoes, flat shoes and jazz shoes to show us as well as material from costumes. She also told us that as well as being a dancer some of the others jobs are costume designers, set designers and stage hands.
She told us how the dancers had to train for 3 years and begin their days at 9.30 not finishing until 6pm. What a long day!
